Villa in the center of Cannes. 2 minutes from Forville market and Suquet and 5 minutes from the Palais and Croisette. The villa has a beautiful roof terrace with bbq, sea view, a nice heated pool. It is fully equipped and very functional.
The house is exceptional because it offers many benefits that are difficult to find in the city center. The villa is very comfortable and spacious. Very bright thanks to its large openings, balconies and terraces, and its huge rooftop terrace with barbecue, lit no pretty lights guinguettes to enjoy long summer dinner outdoors with a magnificent sea view. The Villa has been redone nine years ago. We have just built a small heated swimming pool in order to satisfy our customers in summer and winter.
We have been welcoming guests for more than 6 years and 4 years in this house, who remain faithful and come back every year.
Our priority is the well-being of our customers that's why we insist that hygiene and cleaning is always impeccable before each arrival.
The house consists of 4 spacious bedrooms, two en suite with bathroom or en-suite shower room. One of them is on the ground floor so easily accessible for the elderly.
And the other two bedrooms have a large shared shower room.
An additional toilet is located on the ground floor.
