Charming 40m² apartment, located in a quiet building in the heart of Meynadier street offering all the comforts for an exceptional stay in Cannes.
Ideal for delegates (2 minutes walk from the Palais des Festivals), as well as for holidaymakers (3 minutes walk from the beaches).
This apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 people.
Completely renovated in 2019, it consists of:
-A living / dining room with a flat screen and a comfortable sofa bed with quality furniture.
-A bedroom with two single beds (90x200) to separate or meet according to your needs.
-A shower room with toilet.
-An American kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes: microwave, fridge, Nespresso, kettle, toaster.
Naturally, you will have free WiFi and air conditioning throughout the apartment, as well as all the necessary to ensure a stay in peace: quality sheets and towels, a welcome pack Stay In Cannes (coffee, tea, salt and pepper, oil, sugar, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc.) iron and ironing board, hair dryer, hangers, household equipment (vacuum cleaner, bucket, mop).
The apartment is on the 1st floor (no elevator). The keys of the apartment will be given to you at the beginning of stay, on your arrival a person will accomodate you at the foot of the building.

Finally, we strongly recommend visiting the Lérins Islands: Saint-Margarite Island and Saint-Honorat Island. It is only a few minutes by boat and tickets are available for purchase from Quai Saint Pierre.
